Our core values:
The service benefits from a core staffing team that provides skilled, qualified personnel to meet the service user’s needs. Each tenant will be assigned to an experienced and consistent staff team, with training tailored to their specific support needs, allowing them to live as independently and comfortably as possible.
The aim of our person-centered approach is to inspire the people we help. We cultivate a culture that helps everyone to achieve their goals and become as self reliant as possible through effective incorporation into the group.
Our core values at Integra Supported Housing help us to achieve this by:
- Providing people with the tools they need to live the life they want.
- Every encounter is an opportunity to create and share meaningful experiences.
- Relationships are built on the foundations of trust and knowledge.
- Ensuring that people have easy-to-understand knowledge about their rights and obligations.
- Individuals receive person-centered practical assistance, such as training and encouragement in managing their home, money, gardening, housework, and healthy living.
- Individuals are assisted in developing partnerships and participating in whatever group events they desire.
- To continue to achieve outcomes and goals, we are working to eliminate any potential obstacles.
- Always treat people with respect and encourage them to achieve their full potential.
- Finding out their talents, skills, and desires by working with them – We get to know them, their relatives, professionals, supporters, and other people who are important to them, as well as the people who provide them with treatment and support.
- As part of their support plan, assisting people in setting goals.
- Working with individuals to assist them in achieving their goals, dreams and aspirations.
We aspire to be truthful, open, equitable, non-discriminatory, and ethical.
We also believe that everyone, regardless of capacity, has the right to a complete and active life, and that everyone has the right to feel respected and included in society. It is our goal to make this happen.
